The loan is eligible for borrowers seeking premium rates and terms. Fixed & Hybrid options, wholesale interest rates, non-recourse and quick closings make this loan program a viable alternative to a traditional bank loan. Loan amounts are between $1 million and $7.5 million with a maximum LTV of 80%.
