The business commercial real estate loan program is designed for business owners seeking a streamlined loan solution to purchase or refinance commercial real estate. Great for a business that may not meet the conventional lending collateral or cash flow requirements. To qualify, a business must occupy greater-than 50% of the property and the business must have at least 1 year of filed returns. The loan offers high leverage, up to a 90% loan-to-value on purchase money and up to 100%+ on a refinance with market interest rates. A variety of property types and industries are eligible for financing.
